Daily Announcements 9/22/17

Mainland High School Swim Team beat Atlantic High School on Tuesday. The men’s relay team soared into first place against spruce creek which featured Logan linehan, connor case, zac schuerman, and Nate brown. Way to kill it boys! Grace schuerman and Sophia Rivera both killed their individual events racing into second place against spruce creek ladies! Good job to all swimmers, and big shoutout to our captains Christine, Michaela, Connor, and Caitlyn for leading the time to victories!

The boys bowling team defeated Deland High School Yesterday by a score of 5-2. The boys were led by Adam and Kory Driver and also had great games from Dalton Kilroe, Joseph Goodwin, and Chris Boice.

The girls bowling team lost to Deland but Cherish Lents had another great day averaging 165 for the day and Alexandrea Kilgore bowled her high game of the year. Great job Buc Bowlers!

The Media Center will be closed during lunch today.

Attention Students: The Drama club is looking for actors writers and directors to produce and conduct haunted ghost tours through a real haunted house in Daytona Beach! All interested can sign up at the Drama Club meeting, today, at lunch, in the auditorium. No experience necessary. See Mr. Bell at lunch, for more info.

Students interested in joining International Club, meeting today during lunch in Madame Tarpley’s room, 2-327. We will be choosing officers and planning for our luncheons.

The first Technology Student Association meeting will be today during lunch in room 2-132. This is for all returning members.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be holding its first huddle this coming Tuesday Sept 26th during lunch in the athletic training room (Rm 2-104). All are welcome!

All Senior Quotes and Senior Superlative Nominations must be turned in to Mrs. Gardner in room 1-328 today.
