What is Hospitality and Culinary Arts?

Hospitality is the friendly and cordial reception of guests. Culinary arts involves preparing, cooking and presenting foods.



The Academy is designed to prepare students in the hospitality and tourism career cluster. The curriculum is sponsored by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF). The divisions offered in this academy are culinary arts and lodging & tourism. Students will gain hands on experience in venue operation, culinary operations, entertainment management, and lodging.
